At The Pant Project, we want you to love your fit; if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 10-day return and exchange policy for all our custom-made and ready-to-wear trousers.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Assessment

  Ensure the pants are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before scheduling your pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund or Alteration

  Once received at our studio, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your adjusted exchange pair within 7 business days.
